Service Quality

An important feature of our service quality is to reduce parental anxiety about leaving their children.

All parents feel anxious, this is normal, but Sunny Days attempts to give parents confidence that their children are in safe hands, in a place where happiness and fun thrives. Parents can then focus on their work and/or business.

Parents actually often say that Sunny Days give them 'peace of mind' and so we have adopted that statement as one of our core objectives.

Joy and David see the core service being enhanced greatly by also attending to related family issues, children's and parent's needs, for example giving children good quality food and nutrition. Sunny Day provides a meal service throughout the day, providing children with good quality food and nutrition.

Good quality communications are essential to build and maintain understanding with parents. We are very pro-active with parents asking them for feedback and holding regular meetings. 'Direct to the Directors' talking with Joy and David is available on the Sunny Days web site.

Staff development is essential to Sunny Days good quality service. The staff are absolutely the key fundamental requirement to maintain the best for children.

Staff are carefully selected and screened at the outset of their career with Sunny Days, and then supported to give their best performance for the children every day. Sunny Days staff all undertake appropriate training continuously and regularly. Sunny Days is an Investor In People.

Everything we do starts with children's interests paramount in our thinking and actions. Sunny Days are places for children to paint the sky, jump and shout "hooray" with sheer joy, write "I love you Mum", build a castle for a Princess, and skip with a glad heart.

Places for children to have endless fun and thrills, cuddles and comfort when needed, and opportunities to learn, grow, and develop their full individual potential.
