Staff ratios
At Sunny Days we regularly exceed staff ratios to children as specified by Ofsted :
0-2 years 3:1
2-3 years 4:1
3-5 years 8:1
5-14 years 8:1
At least half of our staff hold the NNEB, DNN, NVQ, DPP or an equivalent qualification.
Regular staff meetings provide opportunities for staff to undertake planning and to discuss the children's progress and development, any difficulties experienced.

Each play room has an appointed Supervisor who is qualified to (or working towards) a level 3 qualification with, preferably, a minimum two years' post qualifying experience.
